Re-edit is the theme for the 52 week dog photography project. It occurred to me that I could go in an re-edit some photos I took back in December 2016 of a golden retriever puppy named Ivy. Favorite song is the topic of our dog photography 52 week project this week and my mind went in a 100 different directions when I thought about this topic. My initial thought was, how do I pick one favorite song? I love music. I have tons of favorite songs. I listen to music all the time. Do I try to pick my favorite song that's being played on the radio right now? That'd be hard... but I could try.

SILHOUETTE - Dog Photographer 52 Week Project - Week 8

I love silhouette photography. I always have. When I think of silhouettes, I think of being on a beach with the sun setting, big blue skies and some puffy clouds to help create drama. When I was at the Retreats by BARKgraphy southern California retreat, we got a lot of those skies. This is one of my favorite images from that trip.

Year of the Dog - 52 Week Dog Photography Project - Week 7

Our topic for week 7 of the 52 week dog photography project is Year of the Dog. I know very little about the Chinese Animal Zodiac Signs. I know very little about zodiac signs period. I do know that according to the Chinese calendar, I was born in the year of the snake. I think that bit of knowledge is the reason why I've not really read much about this. Me: hates snakes. Loves dogs.
