SUN FLARE - Dog Photography 52 Week Project - Week 45
Sun flare is the theme this week and I can't believe it's already week 45 in our 52 week dog photography challenge. First, let me say I'm in my favorite place in the world, Corona del Mar, CA.
I am at a dog photography retreat in southern California so we've been photographing a lot of dogs. Unfortunately, most of the photos I have with sun flare don't have dogs in them. The photo above was taken at Lookout Point in Corona del Mar. The sun rises over the cliffs (camera left) and sets over the Pacific.
BOLD COLORS: Dog Photography 52 Week Project - Week 44
Bold colors is the theme for week 44 of the 52 week dog photography project and I'm in southern California! I'm in my happy place. I lived here from 2004 - 2007 and it's my favorite place in the world. I don't get back here as often as I like but when I do, I'm in heaven.
BRICK - Dog Photography 52 Week Project - Week 42
Brick is the theme of our 52 week project and since I was at the beach for 8 glorious days with no brick around and got home to a mountain of work to do before heading back out of town again, I'm using some of my favorite older images with brick.
High Contrast: Dog Photography 52 Week Project - Week 41
High contrast is the theme for week 41 of the 52 week dog photography project. High contrast in an image is defined as the difference between light and dark in an image. High contrast images will have bright highlights and dark shadows, bold colors, and show texture in the subject.
ORANGE - Dog Photographer 52 Week Photography Project: Week 40
Orange is the theme for our dog photographer 52 week photography project in week 40 and can I just say, I love the color orange. However "brown" might be more appropriate with these photos so I'm going to say the theme is orange-ish.
