Photographing High Energy Dogs
On a gorgeous spring evening, I arrived at Freedom Park. I was excited to meet my newest client Sophie. Her mom had told me all about her and she was everything I imagined: regal, sophisticated, sleek, and ink black.
She just oozed of elegance.
Pets and People
The reason BARKography exists is because of my love for dogs.
In January, I was contacted by a local woman who was starting a service dog training program. This is a mother / daughter team that I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know over the last few months.
Leash Removal in Dog Photography
Most of the dogs I photograph are on leash and someone is holding the leash. A lot of people who see my website probably think, “My dog could never do this because he can’t be off leash.”
I’m here to tell you he can.
Watch this time lapse video so you can see how I make the leash and the handler disappear.
George the Shih Tzu
I met George the shih tzu when his mom was given a gift certificate to have him photographed.
Dog Birthday Party Guide
My lab Moose turned 12 recently so we had a party! Here is a guide to use if you want to throw a party for your dog.
Dog Walking in Charlotte NC
Did you know that along with my dog photography business, I also run a dog walking and pet sitting company? See Spot Run Charlotte was started on April 4, 2009. Today is my 10th anniversary.
See Spot Run services the Southpark area in Charlotte NC. We are a team of 4 dog walkers and every Monday - Friday, we get to take pups out for a midday walk while their owners are at work.
