2020 Year in Review

2020 has been an unexpected ride for most of us and back in the spring when everything shut down, I wasn’t sure I’d have much to review at year end. I was fortunate to stay fairly busy photographing dogs as the year progressed and I’m so very grateful to each and every person who booked photo shoots with me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting my small business.

In the beginning of 2020, I had a lofty goal. I wanted to travel every month in 2020. I spent New Years Day on the Oregon coast. I was in San Antonio Texas at the end of February but then my traveling came to a screeching halt in March. Just like everyone else, I canceled all of my travel plans because of covid-19.

Fast forward to the end of the year and when looking back, there are so many positives.

I’m grateful for my family and for my health. I am so grateful for all of the extra time I am spending with my 13 year old dog Moose.

I hope 2021 is a better year for all of us. I hope we can all focus on the positives and lean on others for support when you need to.

I’ve had people that I don’t know comment “I love seeing your photos. They make me happy.” That is my gift to all of you and I hope these photos make you smile.

In looking back at my 2020 Year in Review, I am so appreciative for each one of these sweet faces. They make me smile.

So, here are my favorite photos from each photo shoot in 2020. (and yes, I had a hard time choosing some of these!) My apologies if I left anyone out. It wasn’t intentional.

That’s a wrap on 2020. I wish you all the good things for 2021.
